Every relationship has a structure, even if it's an unspoken, unclear one. A low trust structure is one where expectations are unclear and goals are incompatible or at odds. The problem is that low trust relationship structures generally happen by default, rather than by design. Whether we're remodelling a home or leading a team of colleagues, we can all create a similar high trust agreement to make it easier to get the right thing done together.
Have you ever found yourself between two conflicting groups at work or in your personal life? In this episode, I'll share with you a lesson I observed from Pope Francis on being a great mediator. You'll also learn the power of creating a high trust agreement to ensure all groups involved get exactly what they want.
