How to Communicate the Value of a System
Keeping folks aware of what's going on and the value is really important, especially for something that's going to take more than a couple of months. So i've learned that, in retrospect, that communication helps the most. Once i put it out there, then people want it yesterday. But i guess i'd rather people be excited about it than not. Not the worst problems athere are defitly worse problems that are worse than that.
