I'm fascinated by the idea of conscious versus unconscious competence. Conscious competence is something that not only are you good at, but you can explain why you're good at it. My good friend, former partner, Jeremy Pound says that the strength of the owner is oftentimes the weakness of the business. So I think as far as being able to give the sales portion to somebody else, that is definitely, I want to give it to somebody else. But I'm fully. And I will say yes and no. That's on me. To me, it's not even sales. I just really enjoy talking to people."
