Building Financial Models

Do most business people, do we really get it? Yes. Because i think it has to do with the perception of skill sets. There's an idea that if you're a financial person or an accountant or something, you sort of intuitively know how to build models. Ah, and what we find a lot besides the normal just problems with mistakes and errors and so forth, it's just fundamental design questions.
