Yovana Deppo's character Sidney Palmer is handpicked by Manny to become a movie star. The decline begins in the second hour of "Singing in the Rain" It starts to become clear that Singing in the Rain is just a really a looming shadow over this entire film. Nellie hopped up on drugs and also thrown into a sense of doubt because of a conversation she overhears while she's in the bathroom.
