The Machine to Generate Inequality

The existing trade and aid model looks like to me, a machine to generate inequality. It's like an algorithm to create as much inequality as possible. If you compare that to what's going on in China, state-led, hundreds of millions of people brought up poverty. You've got two quite different paradigms there. And it's quite obvious which one works. Right? Yeah.
