How to Stay Organized in a Production Company
There was a lot of pre-pro work behind the scenes in order to set the stage for the day of. Bigger budget means more communication, which means you almost need to block off a whole lot of time on the front end and back end for the back and forth. I think it took me kind of shadowing a producer years ago at an agency to realize how to stay organized and how to really like crush the client experience.
