Is There a Difference Between Writing and Painting?

If i had talent in other areas, i would probably find it other things compelling to but i don't. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, maybe it's good to have to specialize. But words are always in my head, so i can't actually imagine another art form. And i just love books. I think books carry the human soul in a way that other art forms don't. You know, standing up, you're not well, in my case, lying in bed. It just feels a little bit more physical,. A, i don't think it's as neurotic an activity as writing.
