Yogurt Is All Good for You
Dairy in the form of butter cheese and milk doesn't really exist because of lack tost and tolerance. But i think there is something with yoger because, you know, through lactic fermentation, othe lackdoseis process where it's more digestible. So for me, like yogar is always in the fregres w yogart. Now we have three differnt kinds of yogart. When i was a kid, it was like the foil top danin yoplay, sugar bombs. Now it's just sigur containers from coins gramp the same thing. It's greek. I would say savoury yoger preparations were as common as sweet yoger
