Is There a Breed of Dogs in Victorian Times?

There was a breed of dogs in victorian times which only existed in taxidermi form. They would take puppies that had not been born alive, and arrange them into the shape of proper adult dogs but looking tiny. It's like the micro pig creyese, ten years ago, u when accidentaly just brought normal pigsts a piglar salesi - it is pretty gruesome.
