So maybe to start, we could just talk about what are the most prevalent, maybe egregious myths that you see out there in nutrition right now. Okay. There's quite a few. The ones to highlight really are the calorie counting is a useful way of controlling weight that all calories are equal. That fats are usually bad for you is still quite common.
