I've been following you for a while, and I think your research is so incredible. And I was thinking about how I wanted to approach this interview. So maybe to start, we could just talk about what are the most prevalent, maybe egregious myths that you see out there in nutrition right now. Okay. There's quite a few. The ones to highlight really are the calorie counting is a useful way of controlling weight that all calories are equal. That fats are usually bad for you is still quite common.
