The Three Possible Endpoints of the Deflationary Recession
The evidence is pointing toward the deflationary recession, very much like the 1940s. There's also the possibility it ends up like the early 1950s where we had a relatively short supply shock. The third possibility as you raised Eric earlier was grade inflation 2.0 but I don't see really any evidence for that either. We've already seen to Chinese producer prices are declining at its fastest rate in modern history.
