If you can breathe through your nose without needing to breathe through your mouth then that's a good indication that you are in zone too. Zone two is erobic, zone three is sub threshold and zone four is moving up towards real hard efforts. Then we've got zone five a, b and c, where we're just red lining. But for the most part, unless you've got a way of measuring it, you don't know that you're in it. So i'd focus more on doing what you're doing, what you enjoy, at a good level,. rather than focusing about not being the best at something you're not going o be the best at anyway.
