You're running the leadership centre at santus, which is wher. That's what you went through to train to be an officer? Yes, i went through the warmis academy,. All officers that joined to a year there as part of their initial training. And then they're going to do ther the trade specific training after that. So we are based there, but we are not actually part of the cadet face inside. We've an army resource. It was set up five years ago in the aftermarth of a an almost year long institutional review of leadership and its about delivering on operations in the most extreme environments. I'd say that ladyship underpens everything
