Dennis: "Empowered" is a buzzword, but what I personally believe is the freedom to take your own decisions. So at least what we try to do is we have this funny thing that we tell people their first week that saves ways to kind of like throw you in the sea and see if you can swim. It's something I really like as long as you have a process at work, but then that still lets freedom for people to take their own decisions," he says.
