Bruce Lambin has dropped his defamation case against News Corp's News.com and its political editor Samantha Maiden after reaching an out of court settlement. Senator Marine Faruki says she's experienced racism within the Australian Greens. She made the comments during a press conference in response to news that Senator Lydia Thorpe had made a complaint about racism within the party to the Human Rights Commission. It appears Lambin's defamation claims against both Network 10 and the ABC will continue.
