There are ways of judging which of these sets of beliefs are the most likely true. So for example, you can look at each set and say which ones are the most consistent with our experience. And then lastly, you can always ask which ones of these Set 1s or Sets 2s are more consistent with each other. The question is how do you determine right and wrong? How do you determine if something's right or wrong? That's my question to you. What's the basis for moral judgment? This week I want to look at what is the basis formoral judgments in general; next week we'll discuss equal rights.
