Putin's Not Ready to Go Nuclear, but He's Ready to Conquer Ukraine

I think the concept of a Kissinger limited perpetual war is something that we truly face the reality of. I see Putin having more options at the table before going bioweapon, before even going full crazy madman as people describe him in the media. He's not going to do something desperate like launch a nuclear strike on the U.S. That would be incredibly stupid. So what I think he's far more likely to do is release a clandestine bio-attack on the United States.
