The Importance of Storytelling in the Workplace

A big part of storytelling is actually being a good listener as well and it's incredibly important i mean i talk about that towards the end of um of my book as well we're about kind of storytelling in the workplace. The more we understand about the people who are going to be using our product and service the more better our product can be able to resonate with them. We need to understand that their story and that backstory to make sure you can tailor the experience based on relevancy, information needed and level of detail required.
