How Important Is Talent Development?

We train a lot of people in the united states. We m we in biotechnology. People who come over from all over the world to get graduate degrees, to get ph ts and do post nactral fellowships at leading research institutions. And i think that if we are investing in people to train them, that we should make it easier for them to stay ne es. That's kind of a now brainer  that we should hand out green cards with ph ds.
