In August of 2022 just a few months into the war, Alexander Vinman himself pitched a deck on a Ukraine weapons system sustainment center. The idea behind the proposal is that Trident Support would be a middleman between NATO weapons and Ukrainian forces teaching the latter how to operate and repair the equipment while taking an exorbitant fee from Ukraine for doing so. "This is war profiteering," says CNN's John Sutter.
