The Gift of Humility

I think that's the greatest gift I got from clay was humility. And most importantly, like you saw in Japan, they have to culture them to allow those people to speak up and make trade-offs. They're a personal skill. You mentioned the Steve Jobs quote about saying no, focused about saying no. When I'm thinking about the output, yes, I'm working back to the inputs. I'll say the outcomes. Exactly. So the outcome, outcome thinking. Yeah. Well, and what's interesting is I believe they had that in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. I think they've actually lost some of that capability.
