The Unpredictability of Geopolitics

The nature of unpredictability of geopolitics at the moment yes particularly with Russia. Ross Ashby was one of the first thinkers to think about the world that we now inhabit. He essentially said there's going to be these things like black boxes where you can see the inputs and outputs but have no idea how it works. Daniel is smart on tech so he's currently typing into a laptop and he probably has more idea than you and I literally on what is going on inside these black boxes. This is an increasingly I think a metaphor for the world in which we live Russia is a black box.
