The Story of Kim Rosmo
Kim rosmo created a computer program that predicts where serial killers live based on the places they are most comfortable. His work was not such a hit with his colleagues at the vancouver police department. The old boy's network reigned supreme, and they didn't like this young upstart coming in and upheaving their methods. Kim had one champion though, ray canuel, chief constable of the v Vancouver police force. He gave kim a promotion, which angered the old boys club even more. And while petty sores festered in the v Canucks p d, the women continued to go missing.
