I'm Afraid of the Cold, but I Will Stay Over, Marianne

In the first word, we wander over to Marianne's apartment. She tells us that she is sorry she doesn't have time for a long lunch. The next day we go to the Picasso Museum. We're feeling lighter, laughing more. Soon Marianne is driving us on the freeway,. moving slowly alongside fast-moving French semis and route to an ancient village. When we get out of the car, a bit nauseous, we walk out into what feels like an Olivier essayist film. There's a beautiful garden. A cat wanders languidly over to greet us. But my father gets sleepy and soon he is dozing on the couch. You will stay over
