Food and Health

I think that individual people should have the confidence in themselves that if they don't understand something they shouldn't do it. Not everybody has the capacity to understand at high level but you should be able to understand at a basic level about what you're doing and why it either does or doesn't make sense to you. Food and health because you know you and I both know anybody listening to this knows you can be fantastically successful financially. You can build a great company, sell it for a fortune and then a couple of health care frauds can totally destroy you and wipe you out.
