Are You Motivated to Be a Teacher?
Teachers need to come up with interesting and compelling ways to have a really autonomy supportive style. If your students are motivated, then the teacher is motivated too - there's that cyclical relationship. And so you're not only instilling lots of motivation by increasing the autonomy but you are being very good at your job.
