Oral and dental dams are not a method of birth control they only protect from contracting STIs during oral vaginal or anal sex. Internal female condoms are between three and ten dollars each and their single use they're much more expensive than external male condoms which are free to five dollars for multiple. I would just never ever ever sleep with anyone ever again instead of doing that but also that's okay if you do that. A diaphragm is like kind of like it looks like a condom that hasn't been unrolled and it basically gets placed over your cervix with sperm aside before sex and then left in place for at least six hours after sex.
