Jeremiah, welcome back to sport spectiv. Its been about four years. I'm forty eight and a i haven't packed a heating pad yet. Let's just put it this way, i stopped playing basket ball because the pain was so unbearable the next morning. And i wasn't even hurt. Why? Well, i popped my achilles about seven years ago, and that officially ended my basketball days. O anyway, daniel, i go for walks now. That's what i gat say, hating pads, walks.
