Park Management as Career

Park management is much like a tangles job, where you essentially have to be the owner and do anything in everything. So it's one of those jobs where you may not necessarily feel recognized, but that should not be your end all right? You'ld be working with a lot of diverse people, so it's important to empathize and hear our different opinions. Being able to always validate your ideas as, again, another important aspect. Trying to do verything yourself never really works. It just leads to break down.
