How Did You Get Into Your Current Role?
A lot of my current job, my current role at the school I'm in right now where I'm a teaching and learning research lead or what it's officially called here is leader of pedagogical innovation. A lot of that came from Jade and she was very supportive and very helpful to me when I was trying to plan out that role. And then in terms of why my role is so important, I honestly think that our jobs are the best jobs in school. So that's why I think they're also important, really.
