The Importance of Allowing People to Reflect on Their Decisions

It's about actually listening to them to allow them to reflect. And the truth is, what I like about that approach is that it also leaves room for me being wrong, right? They might be like, well, what if we did this? And I didn't even think of that. We're saying that we have unavoidable power because the biases themselves are unavoidable. No one else in all of this is possibly as well positioned to influence how those biases are acknowledged, exploited, or mitigated.
