How to Measure Your Blood Glucose

This is my glucose after fasting until 4pm and then eating regular meals every two hours. And you can see that it's much more stable than it is eating regularly spaced meals. So there's two points with large error bars at the fourth and sixth measurements. It's this one and this one. That reflects two points where my glucose had gone down into the 70s once before eating anything and another time after I had eaten. But fast my way to 70. My brain felt deprived and my body felt edgy. If I ate my way to a glucose of 70, my brain felt fueled and I felt calm. This was nothing to do with whether my glucose went down to 70 or not
