Shame is a good example of an emotion that we put on top of sadness or anger. You can be frustrated yourself in all those things, but you can still love yourself too. It's like seeing yourself at your worst and being like, oke, this is wherewe ar. We are to day, and i'm going to be here with you through it, and it's ok.
