How to Understand Films and TV in Your First Language

Even in our first languages, we don't always understand what's going on. So don't beat yourself up if you're not able to understand it all. If you don't do anything more than just watch, then I suppose that's fine. But try going out of your comfort zone a little bit if you can and trying some of these things.
