Can I Get a Full Refund?

If the goods are purchased on line, what they should do is make it clear in the terms and conditions. And if she had wanted to send it back within the cooling off period of 14 days, then she would have the legal right to do that. Once you're over the 30 day period when you get an automatic refund on goods that are one key or miss represented, you've got a six month period from the point of purchase where you've got to give the retailer a shot at repair or replace. But ultimately, all you have to do is give them one shot at repairing or replacing it, and then you can ask for a full refund if that doesn't work.
