Gail Collins: Why is there such little trust in the media particularly amongst Republicans? She says it's hard to identify which came first, the chicken or the egg. There is a kind of rising anti-elite sentiment within the Republican Party, she says. And then I think the other major factor is that Donald Trump obviously being at the top of the list, have trashed the media for a while now.
