The Importance of Sleep

If we could sleep better, that would have a tremendous effect on human life. Sleep is also important for homeostasis and getting rid of waste product from a brait. Depressed people may actually make them less depressed by forcing them to sleep more. Some people like me need eight hours per night - but if you can't sleep, you can't control it. And theangry but animated? I guess yes. It seems that actually being unconscious, even though the predators might get you while you're asleep, is still worth having. There are loads of furies about why we sleep. One reason might be the trade offs.
