The Importance of Having a Buyer's List

Do you have a list of buyers now that are counting on you guys to bring deals forward or is every piece of land that you flip just. It's a good fit for a brand new person you've never worked with before? Yeah, so we don't we don't typically do have a buyer's list or do any sort of that front inside of things. But what along those lines that we really try to build relationships with great brokers and agents in the areas that we deal with. When we find good agents and brokers, it's like gold for us because I'm sitting here in California. And we're buying properties all over the United States.
