The author protagonist is the one driving the story. The second character, set of characters that you need are side kicks. If we could reverse engineer how to create a particular phenomenan, that wouldn't that be great? So if we create the certain conditions that create the phenomena, and the phenomena occurs, well, that's science, that's power.
