You want to just start out really really basic like I'm just going to wear my Fitbit or my Apple Watch and try to get maybe 2,000 steps a day which is an awesome goal. And if you don't kind of warn people or tell them ahead of time if you make these small changes you might see very small differences but it's the long term that we're going for.
