— (14:44) Our understanding of the enneagram evolves with the development of an introspective eye
— (16:51) The ability to see oneself is a developmental achievement / words have different interpretations and meanings for each stage of development
— (19:50) Riso’s levels of development is a measure of identification and awakening. It’s not a vertical developmental model
— (21:33) Ken Wilber’s theory of everything and the difference between waking and growing up / the enneagram has a waking up framework but needs a growing up framework
— (24:12) An example of what development is and how the rational-objective stage might react to the enneagram
— (27:46) Spiral dynamics orange to green is a shift from the rational-objective to the personally subjective and the inner world
— (30:12) Growing is an expanding sense of our capacity for meaning making
— (34:54) How a lack of understanding of this developmental view limits the enneagram and the discourse around it
— (40:15) The enneagram world is characterized by green empathy / the shadow and blindspots of green
— (47:57) At green everyone’s subjectivity is equal and valid / Green fails to realize that subjectivity and the ability to see oneself is unequal and can grow
