In an environment in which we are sort of post truth, so that we're going to believe falsehoods if the accord with what we believe, and disbelieve truths if they don't accord with what we thank youno confirmation bi us, then we're in this kind of post truth environment. And i never thought i would say this about our own country, but political discourse feels fragile in a way that makes me feel like we're much more like a mayanmar than we are canada.
