The cancer diagnosis s front loaded. The first five years or so is what the literature will tell you. Three years seems to be the good, the cut point where we get a little bit less anxious. This one really sticks mostly at the osophogea level. Most of the time, in very rare cases, we can have got involvement. But thats tha and very exceptional.
