The Case of Tim Fradnick

Tim Fradnick tried to legally maneuver a couple of things from my point of view. There was no question that he had suffered with depression for years. But here they are saying that it impact his mind to such a degree that he did not know right from wrong, that he was completely not responsible for his actions. So now that is going to be the exact posture that they're going to walk in to trial. He decided to plead guilty, you know, to save probably not us, but at least his own parents, his own family, just the energy of a trial.
