We've acquired companies with 12 employees who were basically driving an engineering solution for a particular technology we wanted and needed. In those sas the emphasis on culture is less than, for example, now that we're at least hoping or expecting to acquire a company in canada that has a substantial number of employees and substantial revenues as well.
