You are coelateo the user experience working group. What does it mean to look after the user experience of a product which is largely a p is? There's really nothing that is completely out of scope for user experience. We started running some surveys about two years ago, and we were alarmed to find that many of our users were running out of date versions of istio. I launched a series of efforts around understanding why users weren't upgrading.
