The Seasonal Adjustment Method Is Necessary in Economic Data

Seasonality is potentially once again breaking havoc with the calculations from the statistical bureau. January was a particularly strong month for consumption relative to the usual week season. We've seen stabilizing to increasing real wages almost since the late summer of last year, while it takes another while before we actually see the pickup in consumption data and ultimately in earnings and equity markets.
