Nehemih, Chapter Six
In nehemih, chapter six, the threats, plots and intimidation continue. Sanbalat and gesham's first plot is an assassination attempt. They try to lure nahemiah out of jerusalem to a town nearer the border of samaria. In this chapter, much of the opposition that nahemiah faces is deceptive and veiled. It requires not merely courage but shrewdness to overcome.
