Some people that are offered banwit from their homes, those notes are far likely to get pinged as like v p n ip addresses. The exit note in any system does have the meta data it's being trafficked through that exit note. What we're building out is a relay network that you can rot your traffic through one ip address and then decripptit and incripptid at the next ip address. But im it's an optin network, so people can continue to spin up more and more notes.
